I upgraded to V2 and now I can not add free listings.

Al my listings are free now, at some point if the database come large enought and I got good traffic then I can start charging, but for now I need it to be free so people can continue to add listings.

How can I make this listings free?
I already went to GeoDirectory -> Settings -> Pricing and set ‘Cart Settings’ to “No Cart” but when I submit a listing a still get a pop up that says “Error: No Cart has been setup to accept payments.”

    Please help.
    Thank you.

If you have the Pricing Manager installed you will need a cart.

If all your listings are free, why not just remove Pricing Manager addon?

This is so sad that you guys did not build an option for free listing on your pricing manager, hopefully you will add that feature in future releases.

So For now I have deactivated the Pricing manager and I am finally able to post listings again.

But there is still a “Package” section included in the listing form that asks you to select your package. The default is “0” and there is an arrow so you can go up to 1 or higher to down to -1 and lower for the package number.

This could be very confusing a user not knowing what package to choose. Can I only give them one package option?

Where do I set the packages and the items offered in the packages?

What if I wanted to hide the package option and just have one default package by default? How do I hide / remove the “Package” section in the add listing form?

    Thank you.

You can remove the package field from the CPT. Click on it to open the properties and then select ‘remove’ or set it for “Admin only” so it does not show on the frontend.

I have taken up this idea as a suggestion, and the developers will review it for future versions.
