    Hi, is it possible to hide the “No Photo” tag if there is not photos attached to a review? Thank you.

    There is no option to do it, i think a small JS snippet might be the best option or you could replace the image output function which is added by this hook

    add_filter('comment_text', 'geodir_reviewrating_wrap_comment_text',42,2);
