Hi, when I search for a place, the search results correctly show the hits for the city search but the map displays the following error:

    No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.

I have confirmed with Google the correct billing method is enabled from my project.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Kevin

Make sure you are using an archive or auto type map on the search page template:

You will need the location manager to edit listings outside the default location.
Try changing the location back to the same city in new jersey to edit those listings and see them on the map.
The free plugin enables a single city directory.

Hi Alex, I already changed the default location as suggested by support to the city I need to get this working for. The map on the landing page as well as a search for the same city set in the default location showd the error above. This was working before I upgraded the plugin. I need to get the basic functionality working for the default location I set, before I purchase the plugin. Please note, a search for the city set as the default location correctly produces results in the listing, but the map is showing that error. As mentioned, this was working previously with the free version. Thanks again, Kevin

    Hi,

I removed and added back the dummy data and now it works.

Changing the default location may end up corrupting things.

    Thanks

Hi, ok, looks like that got things working, thanks. Will keep testing. So what are the steps if I suspect corruption if I change the default location? Should we move this ticket to the bugs topic?

    Thanks,

    Kevin

This is not a bug. Default location should never be changed.
If you wish to submit listings for more than 1 city you must install the location manager add-on.

    Thank you
