August 26, 2017 at 4:15 pm #393019Hey there I’m currently being hit with this notification on all the possible maps within my site; both on the back-end and front-end. “No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”I’m not quite able to identify what the cause may be. Here’s a summary of the main part of the discussion on the WorPress Support. 1. Do you have listings added? If not try the GD>Dummy Data
 – I’m not even able to add new listings, cz that malfunctioning address field won’t load the map. Neither am I able to import the dummy data. For some reason, nothing happens after I click import.2. Do you have a default location added? If not Add one, there will be a admin notice with a link.
 – I had originally added the default location like so:City: Kampala
 Region: Central
Country: UgandaBut I was consistently getting that error message on the map, and even the front-end.
I tried changing it to random places in other countries, but it’s still the same result.3. DO you have a Google API key installed? GD>Design>Maps
 – Yes, my Google API key is installed4. It might be you have a error in a listing GPS info which breaks all the JSON
 – Perhaps that may be it. I really don’t know. And finally,
Go to the Add default location screen, clear all the fields (or enter 0 if you have any errors with blank fields) and then save the page. If the map then shows just drag the marker to where you want without changing any of the fields manually. If the map does not show then please post in our own support forums
 – I’ve tried that, but it doesn’t budge. Still isn’t showing. So, here I am now; in search of some Geo-Wizardry to get this resolved 🙂 August 26, 2017 at 4:19 pm #393021Hi David, Can you please post wp-admin details here in a private reply (only staff can see it) and i’ll figure out what is going on 🙂 Thanks, Stiofan August 26, 2017 at 4:41 pm #393024This reply has been marked as private.August 26, 2017 at 4:47 pm #393025ERROR: Incorrect Username or Password

It was just the wrong inputs causing a JS error.I suggest you go here and add some dummy data now: https://daktariug.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=geodirectory&tab=general_settings Thanks, Stiofan August 26, 2017 at 5:37 pm #393037Awesome!
 Thank you so much!
Just the magic touch I was looking for!I’ve imported the demo data as well now.
And even when adding new locations, everything’s working. Please let me know what I had done originally, to make things go haywire, so that I don’t trip those wires again. August 26, 2017 at 6:03 pm #393047I am not sure exactly what you did 🙂 I am guessing it was an error in the GPS info for the default location, i told you to enter 0 and save but i should have asked you to enter 10 and save to fix it. Thanks, Stiofan 🙂 August 26, 2017 at 6:31 pm #393064Oh
 Alright
Well, thank you StiofanHighly appreciate it Good day! David
