No Records Found on Custom Post Type

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi, I manage to use Custom Post Type, instead of default place type.
    But in the map, it not shown.

    “No Records Found
    Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”

    Any idea, why ?

    looks like u don’t have any categories selected for that CPT?
    GeoDirectory>Design>map>SHOW / HIDE POST TYPE AND CATEGORY ON MAP

    Or create categories for that custom post type and assign at least one to each listings.

    Categories are mandatory.
