Hi
I have Kleo child theme.
geodirectory is with it.
since the beginning(three month) I have this message:
No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.so I followed the advices and core set up, installation and most of advices I could find.
then I applyed to google maps for a full service with no limitation.
then I bought geodirectory for four months(couldn’t pay more for the moment)the problem is still here, geodirectory finds nothing, and still this message
No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.also the zoom on the map is too high, just see the sea from close, may be I don’t understand well technical explanations , because I’m french native speaking, couldn’t set this neither.
geo directory is essential for my project, it’s one of the reason I chose Kleo.
after four month and many hours lost for nothing, I beg for some help, it starts to hurt physically facing the everlasting answer that it doesn’t work/
much time and money lost,I need to find a way to make it work quick.
otherwise my project is dead.S.O.S !

Thanks for your reply. You don’t need a license key for the “Geodirectory” core plugin. It’s a free software and only the addons require subscriptions. I hope this clears it up.

Thanks for your reply. That license key can be ignored for now. If you’ve inserted the license keys for all GD addons then you’ll be fine. Could you update the login credentials here again so that we could check on it?

I checked the site and found a few issues:
1. Set new page /location-2/ for Location page in GD Permalinks – this was previously set to the same page as the homepage
2. Fixed zoom shortcode in the homepage header section. This was set to zoom=1
3. Icon for camping category – icons should be 35*45px or near to that so they display correctly on the map.
4. Google API key – The map key for this site has reached the quota. Billing must be setup for the map key.
5. Open streetmap – You can switch it to OpenStreeMap to continue troubleshooting the site. Let us know if you do that and want us to take another look.

the link on your homepage is pointing to a category listing page, so, the options at GD – Design – Listing will apply to that page.
To make the listings show up on the page, you need to add a new place that has the camping category.
