No Records Found – when selecting drop-down option

    When I start typing in the location field and select a location from the drop-down options the search provides a ‘No Records Found’ result.

    However, when I type the location name and click ‘search’ it provides me with all the listings for that location.

    Could you please direct me to the setting that will fix this issue?

    Excuse me, I meant Comac (*edited*)

    The location page is working correctly. It should show all the location IN Comac, which is really the same as the search results for IN:Comac when there are no other keywords to refine the search.

    I have flagged your topic for the developers to take a look.

    You can share FTP in case they need it for debugging or to apply a fix.

    Your site is running with old version of Location Manager & Marker Cluster plugins.

    Thanks Kiran, I assumed they were on automatic update.

    I’ve updated and all working correctly.

    I will regularly check the account details for plugin updates in the future.

    Hi Marita,

    Glad to hear that after updating plugins issue is fixed.

    Normally WP Auto Updates shows update notification in plugins manager when new update available for the plugin, but don’t know for some reasons it is not showing on your site.
