Hello,
I’ve just installed GeoDirectory V2 on a fresh WordPress install. When I try doing a search without typing anything into the ‘Search for’ field, near ‘Hinckley, UK’, it comes back with “No listings were found matching your selection”.
However, if I search for ‘Zoo’ near ‘Hinckley, UK’ it comes back with “Twycross Zoo” as expected.
I have added two places listings to the site, ‘Twycross Zoo’ in the ‘Zoos’ category and ‘Bosworth Water Park’ in the ‘Lakes’ category. They are both close to Hinckley, UK, so the search should show both of these places if nothing is typed into the ‘Search for’ field. This is what happened on GeoDirectory V1 anyway. Also, I have set the ‘Search near radius’ to 100 miles, so the listings should definitely be showing. The same problem is happening with the ‘Near Me’ search location.
On a side note, my map is also not displaying when no results are found. Instead it is displaying a grey box with “No results found”. I have attached a screenshot of this. My default location is set to Leicester, UK.
Link to the site is https://staging.familydaytrips.co.uk
I have installed and activated all of the V2 compatible beta plugins and Ninja Forms. The theme is Supreme Directory V2. There are no other plugins or themes installed.
Thanks,
Matt
