No tab view and save option on "General Settings" on multisite

On WordPress mumltisite base site i can see tabs in “general settings” and the save button.

On sub sites (blogs) I can not see the tabs in “general settings” and have no “save” button.

Everything else works fine without any problem.

How can I save the changes (e.g. upload filesize limits) for each blog of the multisite separately or in general?

If you have network activated the plugin, that is the problem.

You should not network activate it, but activate it site by site only.

Let us know if that is the case.
