Hello –
I have a team doing beta testing today and someone tried to use the Yelp/Facebook import tool. Somehow they missed the fine print inside the box specifying to use a Yelp or Facebook URL. They just dropped in a regular website URL instead, causing the “spinning wheel” hangup. I advised them to reload the page, which got them a fresh “add listing” page to start over on. However, this may not be as clear for novice computer users.
Is there any way to have it kick back a popup warning or something to specify it must be a FaceBook or Yelp URL and/or figure out a way to reset the form as well so they don’t have to manually reload the form if they do enter a URL outside of FaceBook or Yelp? I’m trying to avoid users getting hung up and not knowing why or how to proceed.
Thank you in advance, I like everything else about the plugin, it’s easy to use and works well – my only other observation is that the FaceBook data comes in and populates the form a bit more accurately than Yelp.
