    Hi I upgraded to V2.
    In V1 I used “GD -> CPT Categories” widget to display all my active categories at the bottom of the page and all the categories were nicely precented in blue like a link, so each category item looked clickable.

    Now in V2, I am going to edit Pages -> Home Service Providers (My Front Page). There I use the “+” button to add the GD->Categories widget. I use the “Block” setting to Change to title and it settings.

    I use the “Preview” button and only the the title appears. I click on update and then go view the page and only the title appears at the button not the categories.

    What am I doing wrong? How do I show all the categories that have listings at the bottom of my home page?

    You I are right. I was trying to just remove the default category blocks under the search bar.

    I used the following CSS.
    .gd-cptcat-row.gd-cptcat-gd_service {
    display: none;
    }

    and that also removes the rest of the content at the bottom of the page.

    So, what CSS do I use to remove just the Category boxes under the search bar?

    Hi there, I found the documentation on how to remove the popular category from homepage as follows:
    /*Hide Popular Categories in the Featured Area below search bar on the home page only */
    .home .header-wrap .geodir-categories-container {
    display: none;
    }

    So, now I see the GD->Categories that I added to the bottom of the homepage, but the Title and categories link color is Black.

    Can I modify the Title and categories link to another color? Say for example blue. Any chance you could provide sample CSS for this?

    Thank you.

    Hi rigots,

    Here you go.

    .geodir-categories-container ul li a {
        color: #1e73be!important;
    }
