Not able to save and retrieve listings

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Unfortunately, I am not able to save and retrieve new listings. When adding a new listing “Thank you for visiting us” appears, but the listing was not saved. Can you please assist?

    The listings are saved, but if you want them to automatically be published, change the setting at GD > Design > Listings tab > New listing default status

    Your pending listings can be found at “places” in your admin area.
