Not all Images uploaded by business in media library

Hi,
Why can I only see the Featured image in my media library, and not all images uploaded by a business?
Is there a way I can get access to all images? I need them for my social media pages.

One other query, can I make a franchise sit across different CPTs? i.e. can a franchise business have a “fitness” class (one CPT) and a “kids” class (another CPT)?

Franchise listings must be of the same CPT.
