Not all my plugins work

If you look at my account. I bought the 4 mth program and not all the plugins work.
What am I suppose to do. This is delaying me working on my project. Please get back with me
quickly for time is of the essence.

Please explain what your problem is., please?
What do you mean with “do not work “?
Which plugin do you have problems with and what are you trying to do that does not work?
