Not getting Admin emails / notifications

    I’m not getting Admin emails.

    Here are my settings – https://cl.ly/2l1c3i0k4143

    If I use a different browser, log in as a new user and submit an event, as the User, I get all the relevant emails (user/pass, submitted an event, event has been published and invoicing too – when I sandbox tested a payment)

    But as an Admin, I get nothing.

    As a User, I can reply to any of the emails I get and they arrive in my Admin email inbox.

    I can also reply from that same inbox and the User receives the reply; so the email address works.

    Any ideas?!

    Hi Romeo,

    Thanks for your post. For email related issues, you’ll have to use an email log plugin to troubleshoot this. Could you install it and check again?

    Hi Kor,

    Thanks for the rapid response.

    I’m a total numpty; I had changed the email in my GeoDirectory settings, but not mirrored that change in my WordPress > Settings > General > Email Address field.

    Changed it and…it works fine now!

    Sorry, I should have thought of that first 🙁
