Not receiving my admin bcc notifation

    When I rested the first add listing. I received all notifications. Now I don’t receive any. Is there a menu option I can check to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    you can check in design >> notification to see if the settings are correct.

    Also you could install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and check if the notification are being correctly logged. If they are and still aren’t sent, the problem is at server level.

    In that case 99% of times it can be solved installing and configuring a SMTP plugin.

    Thank you the log shows it is sending the email. I just found out they are going to my junk folder. Thanks for the help. Problem has been solved.
