    Hi

    Do Listing Owners get notification of reviews and ratings on their listing?

    Also, can Listing Owners respond to comments – both positive and negative? With regards to defamation? According to my lawyer friend, it’s a fine line between honest feedback and negative comments which can affect a business adversely. If a business can respond to comments, that might balance things out.
