Online contact form in listings

Hi,
is there anyway to add a contact form (with standard fields) in listings? So that the users can contact directly with the company.

One of the default custom fields is the email field. If you add an email address there, a contact form will be available in the sidebar.

Also is there anyway to appear all the CPT in the advanced search, even if there are without listings?

No, that is not possible. CPTs will only become active if there is at least one listing in that CPT.
