Order detail page is displayed on phones

Hi,
Is there a way to make the directory view better on the phone? At the moment the reader recommendations and linked events display above the right sidebar (which details the business’s Facebook, website, phone, etc). It makes sense for this information to sit above the reader recommendations. How do I change the order please?

I would like the right sidebar to display under the special offers tab ideally, or if need be under the map please? Thank you.
Am I able to rearrange the order of the tabs? i.e. re-order the photo, special offer and map tab?
