Hello,
After GD V2 and GD V2 AddOns updates in the past weeks, the issues reported in these threads:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/search-makes-languages-dissapear/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/problem-with-tags-with-the-same-name-in-different-languages/
have evolved for the worst up to the point that I had to decide to hide translated languages and leave only the main language visible.
Site is https://inforoses.com
Problems found:
1) Switch home page to a translated language. Click “Search” button. Map shows error message “No Records Found. Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”
2) Home page in main language. Click “Search” button. Search results are shown. Switch language. Only map is shown.
3) Switch home page to a translated language. Go to a tag or category archive page (in ES from Main Menu options “Los Jueves Tapas” – “Live in Roses”). Only map is shown.
4) Home page in main language. Go to a tag or category archive page (from Main Menu options “Els Dijous Tapas” – “Live in Roses”). Switch language. Only map is shown.
5) Switching any listing from main language to a translated language Map shows error message “No Records Found. Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”
I have been watching the support forum and I have also been told that these issues could be site specific since only another GD V2 user has reported an issue similar to one of them.
In any case, my frustration since more than one month ago has caused that I have been keeping away from the site and its dashboard since I decided to hide the translated languages. Now, I would like to ask you to help to solve them very urgently or to let me know if it would be advisable to hire one of your GD experts to do it.
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you very much once again for your attention.
Best regards.
