    Hi I have created 4 different packages.
    When users go to add listing form, and select any of these packages, the add listing form is incomplete, missing many of the fields it should have, including, category, location, phone, etc…
    attached is the screenshot.

    the form lets you submit but there is no review ad page and then nothing happens.

    what should i do? thanks for your help.

    Hello,

    the issue of missing fields is usually because the fields have not been included in the price package.
    Check the price package and the field “Post Fields”.

    For the issue #2, please check your GD Permalinsk and set a different page for each GeoDirectory Page there. Then save your changes, and go to visit WP – Settings – Permalinks and resave the settings there.

    If that doesn’t work, please send over your site login URL along with the WP Admin credentials in case we need to take a look in the dashboard settings.

    Hi,

    I have selected all the post fields.
    Permalinks are ok.

    The problems still persist.

    Hi Alex I have selected postname for permalinks.
    But the issue has not been resolved.

    There is a problem, I do see what you mean.

    Is GD Network activated? GD must not be network activated.

    Could you please send over WP Admin for the network so we can see the plugins page, etc?

    The user you supplied does not have enough credentials to Edit the listings, also.

    It could be an issue with your role/permissions manager plugin. If the normal user cannot edit their own posts, there is a very good chance this is also having an effect on the add listing form.

    GD is not network activated.
    Is has been activated on each site individually.
