    Hi,

    I need your advice.
    I have two packages.
One free. The other paying with a free trial period of 30 days. When the trial period ends, if the client does not renew, the publication is downgraded to the free package.
In addition, I also add myself listings that can be claimed and which by default are in the free package.
How can a customer who has already benefited from the trial period not be able to benefit again if he / she goes back to the second package?

    Many thanks for our help.

That is not possible, but the solution would be to not use free trials, but instead use discounts that only can be used once by each customer [assuming you are using Invoicing].

    Thanks

    Hi Guust,

    Many thanks for your answer.
Is it possible to create a package that is not visible on add listing?

You can make any package active, assign listings to it, and then make the package inactive so it is not available on the frontend for selection.
