Page Error 500 & Other PHP Issues

    I cloned my site and set it up under a different domain. I brought the entire FTP over as well as the Import of the complete database. I ran URL updates to assure proper IP address.

    Since then the cloned site at the new domain is acting up repeatedly faulting upon save in Places and changes are being dropped and finally after a dozen 500 errors a php error pops upon saving see below:

    When I save a PLACE or update a PLACE the date is correct but the save time is 12 hours from now. Where do I define where I am so the save functionality is saving based upon my whereabouts?

    Even with debugging active no error message is show and no error log is saved.
    You will have to ask your host what is going on.

    I could not even upload all but the smallest images as a featured image.
