the plugin you are using to register new users seems to be requiring an admin to approve users.

I registered and activated the email, but the gdsupport user is still pending.

Please ask for support to the author of the plugin user for user registration.

I get this also from the wp-login.php page:

Welcome to Proveoteca. This site is accessible to approved users only. To be approved, you must first register.
ERROR: The password you entered for the username gdsupport is incorrect. Lost your password?

Did you try creating a user from the back end and see if it works.

I don’t think our plugin has anything to do with this. You should really ask for support to the author of the plugin that provides the registration form and the extra registration options.

as I said, the problem isn’t with our plugin. You are using a different registration form.

Our registration form allows to chose password too. You just need to enable it in GeoDirectory >> General.
