Password resent error still

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am still not getting password reset to work. whatshappeningtoday.com

    email sends new password but it will not work.

    Any ideas?

    I Just tested it with that user, I changed email to info [at] wpgeodirectory.com and it worked flawlessly.

    Please try this.

    1.Proceed to the login.

    2.Click on forgot password.

    3. Insert email to which you can receive “New Password”

    4. Attempt to use the New Password (at this point we are getting the failure) The new password has not been working for users in the U.S.

    Hello Paolo. How are you? This is so strange! It is not working for me here. I have three work stations. I went to a different work station and used one of my associates login “email” address. She did not remember her password or her password would not work.

    So, we clicked on forgot password and instantly received the email with a site generated password. Note, I though there was a link to “create” our own password.

    I used the “email” (not the user name) and typed in the server generated password and it will not work. “invalid user/email password”

    Why would this being acting like this to us here?

    I believe I may know what the problem is? I added Pat thru the Super admin area. I will delete her profile and add it through the site side and see what happens.

    Please close topic. I found “my error” in adding a user. I used the super admin area to add the user. I see how, when using this method, the user is not attached to any site. It works just fine. I will quite adding users from that area. Please close topic.
