payment gateways and paypal fees

Hello,

I am just checking out paypal as an alternative gateway to prepayment via bank transfer and have two questions about this:

1) As mentioned, I have installed 2 payment gateways, bank transfer and paypal, default gateway is bank transfer “Vorkasse Überweisung” (see screenshot 1 from the back end).
In the frontend, however, the only gateway available is paypal. The customer has no opportunity to select one of two gateways.

What can I do so that Bank transfer is default and paypal a selectable alternative?

2) Paypal causes fees. Is there a way to add paypal fees to the invoice (well, an amount which I define as paypal fees, let’s say 1,50EUR)? This means that as soon as the customer selects paypal gateway this amount would be added automatically to the invoice. Is that possible?
