payments not processing?

    Hi there,
    I’ve got only Stripe enabled on our site, and test mode works fine, but I’ve had a few people sign up this week and their status is all “Pending Payment”. I also had an email from someone who said our payments are not working.
    Not sure how to troubleshoot if everything works and processes fine in test mode?

    You should be able to test with your own credit card, and then refund.
    I cannot see any errors from the front, and if anything is not working, I suggest you check with Stripe.
    Make sure the keys used are your live keys.

    Keys have been live for some time. We accidentally let our wpgeodirectory expire, and had to renew recently. Would that change things or cause me to have to re-issue some of the items? Everything looked solid in the Stripe on the site, API was there, etc.

    Your GD licenses do not affect any of your Stripe Settings.
    Make sure all GD plugins and WP Invoicing is up to date.
    Have you tried to test with your own credit card?
