That error comes when the PayPal IPN verification fails. Can you make sure you added the https://www.worldcheckin.com/gd-info/?pay_action=ipn&pmethod=paypal as an IPN URL on your PayPal account?

PatrikAugust 20, 2018 at 10:52 am #443160Hi,
This email will come when the PayPal send fail in IPN response. Can you check IPN details from your PayPal account and if there are any errors in past IPN responses or not. If you see an error then provide us that error with the whole response so that we can get a solution for this. If possible create a staging site and provide us admin and FTP details so that we can try using PayPal in test mode to perform a full transaction and try to trace the issue.

PatrikAugust 21, 2018 at 5:59 am #443276Hi Patrik,
thanks for your investigation.
1. I have to tell, that we still use the older version of GD payment addon ver.1.4.4 in a combination of an own created billings plugin to issue invoices.
2. within Paypal IPN log
there is no transaction history found in Paypal IP log history, as we actually have no paid subscription active right now.
SS > https://www.screencast.com/t/slMs4g5CCz3. for your further testings
Please use our dev2.worldcheckin.com site. I’ll give you the credentials in next private post.
With prices and payments > payments > paypal the sandbox test mode with credentials is active to be used for further test listings.Best, Alex

I could not see the wci.dev_2 folder in the given FTP. Can you please check and let me know?

PatrikAugust 22, 2018 at 4:47 am #443430Hi again,
I have changed the ftp file path now to the root folder.
Now you should see the …/wci.dev_2/ folder to check those files and proceed with your investigation. Please do not delete other files and inform me what you have changed after your investigation.

August 22, 2018 at 7:36 am #443442Hi Alex,
We do not provide support for old addons. It is recommended to always use up to date addons.
Try to print IPN response logs so it helps you to find from where it coming.
