PayPal not working- Can't seem to update the plugin

    Hi — I found someone else who had the same issue and was running an outdated plugin for Payment manager. I am also not running the most recent version of that plugin, but I’m not given an option to update the plugin. I’m afraid if I remove it and upload the new plugin that I’ll lose a lot of work that I’ve entered for payment packages.

    Is there a way to get the update option to show up?

    Hi there,

    Could you try clearing the “GD version numbers” in GD Tools > Clear all GD version numbers as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/edo7sz . Then try deactivating and activating the license key and see if it fixes the update issue.

    Thank you! That took care of my problem. Everything is working now that I was able to update the plugins.
