Hi,
Hoping someone can assist please.I have this message on my dashboard: “Important: Payment Gateway(s) PayPal Standard are in testing mode and will not receive real payments. Go to Gateway Settings.”
I’m not sure how this has been set. To turn it off do I untick this box? (screenshot attached): “Paypal sandbox can be used to test payments.”
Many thanks,
KatieNovember 2, 2018 at 3:02 am #452185Hi Katie, that’s correct, just un-tick that box.
That would have happened because you updated the Pricing Manager addon. Thanks
November 2, 2018 at 6:04 am #452197Thanks very much for this, Guust.
Hoping you might be able to explain how I’m to fix the social importer for Facebook problem. Do I contact Facebook directly on instant messenger to get them to approve the app. I’ve looked at your feed regarding this and I’m still confused about what I’m supposed to do to get this resolved.
Thank you,
KatieNovember 2, 2018 at 7:38 am #452211Are you using the latest version of Social Importer?
You don’t need to use the Facebook app anymore. Select the new option which does not any additional setup. Thanks

I’ve restored my files and backups to the previous day so that my website wasn’t down.Would you know why the plugin would have crashed my domain?
I’d appreciate if someone could outline please how I’m best to upload and activate the new version of Geodirectory and the add-ons?
Is there a way to do this automatically, so it comes up in my dashboard that there’s an update?Thank you,
Katie.November 6, 2018 at 1:56 am #452669This reply has been marked as private.November 6, 2018 at 9:43 am #452707Hi Katie, the latest version for V1 is 1.3.6. I checked your version and you have the latest Social Importer.
You should not mix V1 and V2 plugins.V2 is not ready for live sites yet, but if you want update to V2, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/
If you have V1 installed, all updates will be notified in your admin area.
The duplicate invoice seems to be the #134 invoice? Maybe some glitch because of the backup restore?
Thanks

November 6, 2018 at 11:22 am #452724Oh, I thought that I shouldn’t with the warning text underneath. Done now and it’s working. Wahoo! Thank you.
It doesn’t seem to be working as well as it used to, though. It’s not importing a “description” and the images don’t seem to show up in the preview; though they do come across when you hit publish.
Is there something going amiss here?
Thank you Guust.
KatieNovember 6, 2018 at 10:10 pm #452794I’ll get the developers to have a closer look at the issue with the new importer.
Please post your URL and WP admin details and FTP details for the developers in a private reply. We have no further comment on the duplicated invoice, but if it happens again, please let us know before deleting anything and then we can investigate.
Thanks
