Permalinks only work when logged in

Hello,

Permalinks on my site are only working while logged in. They do not work when logged out.

Wordpress permalinks set to post title
GD permalinks Add region and city slug is selected. Add category listing in URLS is selected. Listing URL prefix “places”

Figured it out after reading another post. I had bulk edited all my listings to allow comments(reviews). After this the links stopped working. I had to bulk edit again and publish all the places.
