Images are uploaded and saved when a listing is first published, but if the listing is edited, the image is deleted, showing a blank image in backend and missing image on the view listing.

    Hello!

Please create a private reply and include your site URL and WP Admin credentials so we can take a look.

It would also be efficient if you can provide FTP details as well, as they are often helpful if extended diagnosis is necessary.

    Checklist:
Clear browser cache and try again (Chrome > Fn+F12 > Right click on Refresh > Clear Cache + Hard Refresh)
All plugins updated, WP Updated, Theme Updated
GD Permalinks are all set to unique pages
Visit WP > Permalinks and save again (Post Names)

Is the image still available on the site? Or has it been deleted from the uploads directory?

In Google Chrome developer it’s showing:

    GET https://www.charitablehumans.ngo/wp-content/uploads/1063_GD-Test-Header.png 404 ()

    Hi Sean,

Please make sure you have WP>Settings>Media>Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders:: SET

That should fix it, if not let me know.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
