Hi,
I have just updated a listing and realised that new pictures are not saved correctly.I uploaded from the front end and when viewing the listing, the image showed as featured image but not in the slider for the listing.
I tried re-uploading from the backend but I got the same result. After saving, the picture shows in the featured in the editing screen but as a question mark-tile in the picture uploader.
When I go to an older listing, the uploaded image shows correctly both in the Supreme featured header and in the listing slider.
Regards,

Thanks for your post. We would need your Website WP admin access to check on this. Could you provide that in private reply?
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing the credentials. Could you possibly create one test listing so that we could check on it? Also, list the steps to replicate it.
Thanks!
March 1, 2019 at 10:17 am #471831Ok, I have uploaded a photo to the GD test listing. It is set as featured so is on the front page.
The set photo is not showing up in the shortcode listing widget on the front and when you open the listing to the details page, the set photo is loading as featured image but is not loading in the listing picture slider.
This is not for all listings. Older listings are ok.
On the bottom of the page “Packages for Schools” I have another widget for recent schools. Holy Trinity, Maxwell Creative and Mother Theresa are the three schools that will not load photos properly – as well as all new listings it seems.
For posts, I have noticed the article “Singe-sex schools” have lost all its photos – the spaces are there but not the photo.
Some featured photos from pages have disappeared too.
Hope that helps point you in the right direction.
Thanks

March 1, 2019 at 9:51 pm #471975Here’s one school where there is a photo, it is loading in the header but not in the slider:
On this page I have a listings widget for schools. The listing pictures for several schools, including Holy Trinity above, will not load:
https://myschooladvisor.com.au/packages/about-schools-listings/Your GD test listing shows a photo in the listings widget but I get a cloudflare 400 error when I try to click through. If I click through to that listing from the map bubble in search results, I can get to the GD test listing details page with photo showing ok???
FYI: I have set gd_place to bypass cache and set Cloudflare in developer mode and cleared all CF and site caches and my browser caches.
I turned off the mu cache.
March 1, 2019 at 11:57 pm #471985I have found the problem – redis caching on my new VPS server.
When I saw 404s in the chrome developer tools for images uploaded in a different folder – after I had cleared the cache, it finally dawned on me that I better talk to hosting to see what is going on.
Any advice on configuring redis for GD or does it have to be turned off?
Two blooming days spent on this!! This really is doing my head in.
March 2, 2019 at 12:47 pm #472040Hi Lise,
In next GeoDirectory release, there are some changes related to image upload & catching system. I am not sure but may be it will fix issue on your site too.
Please provide correct FTP credentials then i will check on your site by applying the patch. If that not fixes the issue then we will find the solution for redis caching issue.
