    Hi,

due to german law the owner of a website is responsible for all pictures and content and links on his website. So, if somebody uploads pictures without having the copyright i will be regressed by the owner. i would make sense if before the pictures are being uploaded, the person is asked to confirm that he has the copyright to do so.

Also should an Impressum be part of the Content. It could be in the same line as profile, map, relatet listing, or near the adress-field.

How would you think of that?

    Thanks for your Answer

You can use the “terms and conditions” tick box for that, so your users verify whatever you want them to.

Ok, Terms and Conditions would do ok. What do you think of the impressum / imprint?

Sorry, I am no expert on German Law, but I guess an impressum is required by the website owner, not the listing submitters? So you could add it anywhere?
If it is the listing owner, then some custom field might fit the purpose [whatever that is].

Sure, have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#fieldset and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#show

    Fieldset
A fieldset helps you to group your custom fields.
It is very much like a heading or a divider.
A fieldset is only used to display on your pages, users cannot add data to it.
If you select Details page own tab at the Show in what locations? selections, then a new tab will be created for the custom fields ordered under this fieldset, and which also have Details page own tab selected.
    Custom field
Details page own tab: Selecting this for a fieldset will create a new tab, selecting this for a custom field will show the custom field under the fieldset with the same setting above it

    Thanks
