Place category archive pages – text before and after

I would like to be able to add unique text on each place category archive page both above and below the listings. Currently, GD lets us add unique text to each category page above the listings, but not below. We also have the ability to add location-based text to a category page using the GD Location Description widget, but that text doesn’t show on the non-location category pages.

I was hoping that a dev might let me know how difficult a project it would be to add a “below listings text” capability. Basically, I’d like GD to offer an editable area called Category Bottom Description that works like the Category Top Description. For my purposes, it could be defaulted for all locations within that category.

Is this a big job or is there an easy way to accomplish this?
