Place custom fields not appearing on place listing form

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    All the fields I have set under “Geodirectory – Place Settings” are not showing in “Places” when wanting to add a new place. I only see ‘Place Information’ without the option of adding an address, phone number, etc.

    Hi Danielle,

    Thanks for your post. You might have hidden the meta box in the screen options as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you check?

    I just checked. All of the boxes under screen options are ticked.

    Did you install the Pricing Manager?
    Are the fields allowed for the price package?
