place external shortcode in the profile tab

    I would like to know if GD support external shortcode? I tried to place an external shortcode in the profile and other tabs (html, text) but it displays the short code as is.

    is there a way I can put external shortcode in GD details page?

    Hi,

    you can only add a shortoce in the description field, by default wordpress doesn’t parse shortcodes anywhere else.

    Otherwise you could add it programatically, for example adding a new tab: https://wpgeodirectory.com/add-a-new-tab-in-the-listing-detail-page/
