Places Tag truncated to single letter on display

Hi Folks – I’ve imported some places listings and included tags for most.

Currently, the listing detail displays only one character of the tag instead of the complete tag name. See attached screenshot or visit http://kenstestsite.com/trms/places/two-rivers/services/a-cut-above/.

In this case, the tag is “Beauty” but you can see only “B” is displayed (and linked).

The tag seems to be fine in the admin section – see other screenshot.

I’ve run the GDTOOLS > Sync GD tags and it says “done” and displays green, so I assume it’s okay.

Can anyone point me in the right direction so that the entire places tag can be displayed/linked correctly?

Can you please turn off WordFence temporarily, so we can login?

But have a look at your price package settings, you probably are allowing only 1 character for tags.

Brilliant! That was it – the price package was set to limit the tag to 1 character.
