When adding a place you may skip the “Please Declare if Owner/Associate” at the beginning of the form and when you click review listing if that is not checked, the page scrolls up to show you that you have to check “Please Declare if Owner/Associate”.

The problem is that the page scrolls up to the name of the Company and not to the “Please Declare if Owner/Associate” and its not visible.

That confuses because you don’t see any error in the page or missing field unless you start scrolling up

Where can I fix it so the page actually goes there if its missing ?

    Thanks.

I just tested and it scrolls back to the top of the question in my test site.
Can you provide URL and login details to test yours?

I see. Theme related because you have a fixed header. It is actually there on the top of the page but it is under your fixed header.
I’ll let the developers know, see if there is anything we can do about that.

Yeah, the idea is to actually show it and not let the user guess or having to find what the problem is, because if not it seems that the site just does not work and that is really really bad.

If you could share a momentary fix please do so, I can wait for a plugin update then, but for now having my site live and like that really affects.

    Thank you.

All I can think of before the developers look at it, is to translate

    Business Owner/Associate?

    to

Business Owner/Associate?

so it at least ends up partly below the fixed header

It looks strange, but made the trick in the meantime.

    Thank you.
