Plugin breaks site using Eco Nature theme

    I’m using the premium theme Eco Nature from ThemeForest, and when I install the plugin, the site goes to blank white.
    I really like your plugin and already told the client that’s what we would be using. I was probably going to buy the add-on package.
    But I can’t get the core plugin files to work.
    Any suggestions?

    we would need wp admin credentials and FTP to access the error log to see what is causing the problem.

    you have http, which would probably not work.
    Are you using FileZilla or something like that?

    Hi,

    yes I use an FTP client and whatever I tried didn’t work.

    Even via browser after letting me in, I get a 404 page.

    It works fine for me and brings up the authentication box. Can you try again?

    Yes and after I input username and password provided I get a 404 file not found error.
