Plugin update

Hi,
Ive been trying to update my plugins. I have a years subscription since November. The licence key for them is the same as my original one. However they wont update. This is the message I get;
Your license has not been activated for this domain, please activate it first.

It has been activated and working fine til now. What should I do to update the plugins. See image attached.
