plugin update failure

    Hi there, since transferring a development site to live site, I’m unable to update 3 plugins. I have the ‘Easy theme an plugin upgrades’ installed but keep getting ‘download failed. unauthorized’.

    Is it to do with the license and the fact they were used on the development site??

    Hi Andy,

    Yes, you’ll need to insert the correct license key from your account. Could you please double check? If it doesn’t work, do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look?

    Try deactivate and activate the license key and try updating it again.
