Plugins Will Not Update

    Hi,

    I was logged in to my site as admin making updates and noticed that there were 5 plugin updates that needed to be performed.

    I went thru the steps to update them and all i could see were errors and something about not having permission.

    Here are screenshots of the plugins and errors.

    Please explain.

    Hi,

    1st always update the core plugin alone (this is very important), after update all add-ons. Make sure to enter and activate licenses that you find here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/rad4u2/downloads/ in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licenses.

    None of them say Core Plugin. How am I to know which one is the core?

    Ok, that must be the only one that updated. The others will not update even if I try them one at a time. Please explain.

    They were already active. There is nowhere else to add the license keys because they were already active. Please explain.

    I’m even trying them one by one and the license keys are already entered and I’m getting this error…

    Hi,

    those licenses where activated for your staging website: terrastra.com/demo_sites/shoprva/

    Not for the actual domain.

    Just deactivate and reactivate the license key for the 3 add-ons that are not udpating and it will work.
