Populated Fields Disappear

    In my initial support ticket an hour ago, I requested a method to publish a multi-line hours of operation field and have since found how by searching and finding available HTML field will suffice.

    However, I see the ADD NEW in PLACES and find the HTML Hours of Operation field is creating but when I populate it and other phone, website, facebook fields the information disappears and goes away.

    Why is the HTML field HOURS OF OPERATION, phone, website, facebook, and other field data disappearing on save or publish?
