possible to remove link to homepage from logo?

    I am using the geotravel theme. By default, a click on the header logo from any page links to the homepage. Is it possible to remove the link? I don’t want the logo to link at all.

    Hi,

    you will need to modify the code inside header.php of the child theme to unlink the logo.

    This is considered a customization though, the logo linking to home page is website standard and every WP theme behaves like that.

    I found a solution for removing the logo link and thought I’d share.

    Use this script http://dreamwhisperdesigns.com/genesis-tutorials/change-genesis-header-home-link/

    Then to take out the link entirely, just remove the href portion. As far as I know, this only works for genesis-based themes.
