Postcode search not working for one particular postcode

Hi guys,

A customer who has a listing in this particular postcode, has alerted us to the fact that searching for Australian Postcode 2011 results in “No listings found matching your selection”.
If I search by Suburb name it’s fine and I checked the Place Details in 2011 and and the Postcode was entered correctly in all 15 or so listings.

Its just for Postcode “2011”.

If I enter “2011 nsw” in the search field it finds the listings however all other postcodes can be found with just the postcode and I want to avoid getting people to add the State as this is just too complicated.

Our previous setting was:
General- Search – Add location specific text to (Near) search for Google = Australia

From reading in your help section on search I found out to set the Country in Multilocation which I now did:
Multilocations – Location Settings – Country – Enable Select Country “Australia”

I also tried with Default Country ticked and it did not work.

I have tried to have the setting in General – Add location specific text to (Near) search for Google on in addition to the above and without, both did not work.

For some reason it’s only this postcode, we tested several others in Sydney and all others are fine it’s just the one the customer was complaining about.

Can you tell me what setting to change to fix this?
