Hello! Plugin looks great and I’m thinking of purchasing some addons. Before I commit, I’m looking for a solution to either:
1. Load font awesome from my website (NOT external)
2. Replace icons with Dashicons

My site is based in China, so font awesome is blocked/ filtered and loads slow. I need to keep these resources on my insall. How can I achieve this?

OR

Can you send me a CSS file or the css selectors to REPLACE font awesome with Dashicons? It’s a REAL pain going through one by one to MAYBE fond them all.

Hi James,

Thanks for your post. You can dequeue the FA scripts using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome/ . Then manually load “Dashicons” on your Website. We do not provide customization like these here but we will try to point you the right direction.

Wow thanks for the quick reply. I’m familiar with how to dequeue, so that’s not the issue, it’s just finding all icons you use in your stylesheet 🙂

Just FA, so, with KC’s advice, you can dequeue then add FA back in the way you want.
