    Hello,

    It seems you have added some customization via child theme functions.php file and may be it affecting the next/previous links.
    Please try with other theme like WordPress default themes and check if next/previous links working or not. If it is working fine with other theme then problem must be in your customization code. If not then we will look into more.

    If you provide CPanel then we can manage FTP from there because we can’t connect via FTP credentials you sent.

    I just tested this and it does not seem to be the case. I set up a staging site with the Genisis template and when I clicked the next button it was working but then I added all the functions code form the live site to the staging site and the staging site came back with the same better results.

    Even though the live and staging site hade the same functions file
