    Hello,

I am not sure what is going to happen over the long-term so I wanted to talk with you first. We were going to plan on increasing the prices as time went on and keep the prices for the old customers the same. Will this work? I’ll give you an example just to clarify:

First 1000 customers we charge a listing fee of $10/month. We will keep this forever.

Customers 1001-2000 we charge a listing fee of $20/month. We will keep this forever.

Customer 2001-300 we charge a listing fee of $30/month.

    Thanks for the advice.

    Matt

I am guessing you are using a recurring PayPal (or Stripe) setup.
You just create a $10 per month package with no end date and wait until you have 1000 listings.
Then increase the price to $20 for that package.
Existing listing owners have their subscription locked in and as long they do not cancel that, they keep paying $10 per month.
    After 2000 listings, repeat.

I’ll get Paolo to check my answer, just to make sure. Thanks.
