    Hi:

    I have USA and Canada listings. How do I offer different
    payment plans for the same listings.

    eg. I have Places to Discover for USA and Canada,
    but would charge less for the USA listings.

    I don’t think that is possible unless you can do that at your payment gateway. I’ll alert Stiofan as well.

    No, this is not feasible. You can offer different prices to enable disable certain features or restrict them to a category, but you can’t set a different price based on the location where the listing will be submitted.
